Is that debian.cnf rather than debian.cfg?

also sudo touch /etc/symbiosis.d/monit/disable should be sudo touch /etc/symbiosis/monit.d/disable

and sudo mysql-upgrade is sudo mysql_upgrade

Wish I'd read this first though, before going in the symbiosis migration script. Next time. :)

Yep, quite a few typos and stuff in the wrong place, but it should be fine now.
